  • Dashboard Menu Items From the dashboard you can edit your website, send e-newsletters to your patients, check on appointment requests that you receive through your site, edit your account settings and manage your email addresses.

    Help Videos If you're ever unsure of what to do throughout the dashboard, simply click the help video icon to view a short video on the functionality of the page you're currently on.

  • Content Editor The content editor is laid out much like your favourite word processor. You're able to select from various fonts, colours, sizes and alignments for your text.

    Add a photo or video to your content Select the camera icon to insert a photo. You can upload a photo from your computer, our stock image library or directly from a URL. To insert a video, click the video camera icon and type in the URL. Your video will be framed and embedded right into your website!

  • Choose a domain Enter the domain name you would like to use for your website.

    Register your domain Select register if the domain name you've chosen is available. If you already own that domain name click 'I own this domain' and we'll take it from there!

  • E-Newsletter Editor First you'll be prompted to select a design from our design library and edit the content/photos to personalize your e-newsletter. Once you're satisfied with your creation, you can preview your e-newsletter and send it out to an unlimited number of patient e-mail addresses!

  • Dashboard Click the dashboard icon if you'd like to return to the dashboard screen.

    Publish or Discard Once you're finished editing and are ready to share your site online, click publish. If you've made a change to the site that you don't like, click discard to delete all changes made since you last logged in.

    Edit Icon Click on the edit icon to personalize your content by using our easy-to-use content editor.

User Accounts

BiteBank Websites offers the only control panel in the industry that allows you to set up sub-users with specific levels of control over different parts of your website. You can allow staff members access to anything from billing information, e-newsletter system to the website editing feature. An unlimited number of sub-user accounts can be created. User logs will provide you visibility to what changes have been made to your website and by who.

Automated Billing

The Automated Billing section of your dashboard maintains a record of your invoice history and allows you to change billing information at any time. You can also download each invoice individually to be printed for your records.

Online Support Knowledge Base

Our support section offers multiple ways to search the information that you need to effectively use, manage and maintain your website. We offer an F.A.Q. section that can answer all basic questions, video demos of our dashboard features, plus a Q&A section that takes you step-by-step through the process of your website ready and online. Our support team is also available to answer any of your questions via e-mail and telephone at your convenience.
